How long does it take for my listings to show up on the sites?
The time varies for each of our partner sites. For Google, generally within 48 hours. Trulia and Zillow generally within four days. The remainder of our partner sites usually will have your lsitings live within anywhere from three to seven days.
What sort of results should I expect with StickyListings?
For starters, you cannot expect all of your listings to magically sell simply by subscribing to this service. If we were capable of those sorts of results, we'd be charging a whole lot more!
Consider StickyListings to be an additional tool that you use in your everyday business. It's a new way to promote your listings, one that you likely have not been taking advantage of yet. When buyers are looking for a new home, over ninety percent of them are searching the Internet on their own before even contacting an agent. What StickyListings does for you is to get your listings in front of the highest possible number of these people.

What is "syndicating" my listings?
"Syndication" refers to the process of distributing your listings information to our partner web sites.
This process happens at stickylistings.com every evening, seven days a week, even on holidays! And the best part is, there is no additional work required on the part of the listing agent.
The first thing we do each evening is to download all of your active listing's information (for full subscriptions) or in the case of per-listing subscriptions, we download the information on each of your subscribed listings. This ensures that each of our partner websites always have updated information...if you change a list price, change photos, change any of the information on any of your subscribed listings, that information will be updated in our syndication feeds that night.
After all of the listings have been downloaded from the MLS, all of the information is collected and processed into a separate file that each of our partner sites can understand. After creating this file, the file is then sent to each of our partner sites for them to display on their site.

Our partner sites vary widely with regards to submission times. Please keep in mind that StickyListings can only control what listings we syndicate to our partner sites...once the partner sites receive them, it is up to them to get your listings live on their sites.
In general, you will find that most of our partner sites will have your listings active on their sites within 3-4 days. Some sites take a few days longer for your photos to show up though. The important thing to remember is that your listings always show up in our syndication files the same day you subscribe. Our files are generated every night at 10pm, if you subscribe before 10pm then your listings will be included in that night's run.

How do I know my listings are active?
The easiest way to do this is to visit any of our partner sites and search for one of your listings. Most allow you to search by city and price range. Your listings should appear on each of our partner sites within approximately one week after your subscription starts.
Please keep in mind that they will not show up immediately after your signup, it takes a few days for your listings to work through the process and begin showing up on the sites. If you are impatient and would rather not wait the week, Trulia usually has our listings activated within 24 hours.

For Agents
How much does an agent subscription cost?
We have two pricing methods for agents, full subscription and an "á la carte" per-listing subscription.
A full subscription syndicates all of your active listings (single-family and multi-family residential) every night to each of our partner sites. A full subscription is priced at $4.95 per listing per calendar month.
A per-listing subscription can be used if you don't wish to syndicate all of your listings, just a portion of your inventory. A per-listing subscription is priced at $49.95 per listing and is a one-time charge. This subscription lasts for six months from the date of subscription. There is no refund for unused per-listing subscriptions, and "unused" time (if a listing sells before your six months is used up) is not transferable.

How does your subscription work?
The base rate for a listing is $4.95 per month. However, we all know that an agent's listing inventory changes on a regular basis. Because of this fact, we charge based on the number of days in a given month that we run your syndication for a particular listing. Charges are automatically prorated during your billing cycle if you receive a new listing for syndication, or if one of your listings is not in active status anymore. Regardless of if your listing expires, goes contingent, off-market...you only are charged for days when your listing is in active status.
This type of system is the most fair for everyone involved. You are ony charged for the time that a listing is active.
Please keep in mind this policy ONLY applies to our full subscription option. If you choose to list single listings using our á la carte option, you pay a flat fee whether the listing sells in one day, or stays active for the full six months of your term with us.

Why aren't my listings getting many hits?
Our hit stats can only measure "click-through" hits to your customized landing page for each listing. These landing pages are generated automatically by StickyListings every night.
A page hit in your statistics means that someone viewed your listing on a partner site, then was interested enough to click for more information. That user was then guided to your landing page for that listing. On that landing page, visitors have the option to contact the listing agent directly (YOU) or also to send the listing to a friend. Each of these two types of contacts is also tracked and shows up in the statistics for each listing.
Our research has shown that every page hit shown in your statistics graph generally translates into approximately 100 listing impressions on your partner sites.

These communications are sent directly to YOU as the listing agent, StickyListings does not filter these communications in any way whatsoever. Feel free to test one out for yourself!
For Brokers
How much does a broker subscription cost?
A full subscription syndicates all of your agency's active listings (single-family and multi-family residential) every night to each of our partner sites. A full subscription is priced at $1.95 per listing per calendar month.
In order for an agency to qualify for the discounted rate, they must have a minimum of fifty listings (single-family and multi-family residential) at the time their order is placed. If the listing inventory is less than fifty, the standard agent rate of $4.95 per listing will apply.

What happens when an agent joins or leaves my agency?
StickyListings pulls our information from the MLS based on your office ID. When an agent leaves your brokerage, that agent's listings are automatically deleted from your syndication and you are no longer charged.
When a new agent joins your office, their StickyListings account must be added before their listings will begin to syndicate. This add process is free and can be performed either by the agent or by a member of your administrative staff. However a confirmation/activation email is sent to the email address that is input during the agent's account setup, and this email contains a link that must be clicked on to verify that it is a valid email address. Once the account is setup and the email activation link is clicked, then the agent's listings will be start being automatically syndicated that night.

Several of our clients have requested this capability; we are currently working on a monthly report that will automatically be emailed to our broker clients. This report will provide exact billing details based on both listing and also listing agent.
