Listing Subscription Syndication TermsAll subscription fees are payable in U.S. Dollars. As a subscriber to the STICKYLISTINGS's listing syndication subscription services, you agree that we are permitted to charge your credit card for your applicable subscription fees. Subscription fees will be billed on the 15th of each month and will continue to be billed until cancelled.
Cancellation of Listing Syndication SubscriptionListing Syndication subscriptions may be terminated by emailing admin@stickylistings.com with your request to end your subscription. All subscriptions will be cancelled within 2 business days of such notification. Listing Syndication fees are non-refundable and are prorated with regards to the final date of your syndication services.
Cancellation of "á la carte" Listing SyndicationFees for "á la carte" listing syndication are non-refundable regardless of length of actual syndication term. Fees for "á la carte" listing syndication are not prorated regardless of length of actual syndication term.
IndemnificationUpon a request by STICKYLISTINGS, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STICKYLISTINGS and its subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use or misuse of this site. STICKYLISTINGS reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with STICKYLISTINGS in asserting any available defenses.
